THE ROMAN PINSA

It is made with a mix of wheat, rice and sojia, salt and dry fermented mass. Thanks to the high water content of 80% and a maturation of between 2 and 5 days, the product is extremely light, digestible and less caloric than pizza. The experience, the tradition and the use of 100% Made in Italy ingredients make the Cacio e Pepe Restaurant a place where to get to know authentic Italian and Roman cuisine.
